Try to avoid empty stomach, take the following amount with water or lukewarm water.
Leave at least 6 hours between doses.
15 years and older: 1 packet per dose, up to 2 doses per day
11 to 14 years: 2/3 packet per dose, up to two times daily
8 to 10 years: 1/2 packet per dose, up to two times daily
5 to 7 years: 1/3 packet per dose, up to two times daily
3 to 4 years: 1/4 packet per dose, up to two times daily
